Cabbage Kimchi - White (No chilli) (Vegan)

While most people assume kimchi always has chilli in it, that isn't the case! White kimchi (Baek Kimchi) is common in Korea too. 

This is also the kimchi that children start eating until they are ready for the spiciness of usual kimchi.

There is a slight sweetness to this from the addition of sliced apple and jujube (red date).

Best before date within 6 months after manufacturing date. 

Ingredients: Cabbage(60%), Daikon(25%),  Chive, Apple juice, Goji berry, Onion, Dried Jujube, Garlic, Ginger, Himalayan salt, rice flour, vegetable stock (Shitaki mushroom, kelp, and water)
