While most people assume kimchi always has chilli in it, that isn't the case! White kimchi (Baek Kimchi) is common in Korea too.

This is also the kimchi that children start eating until they are ready for the spiciness of usual kimchi.

There is a slight sweetness to this from the addition of Goji berry and jujube (red date).

250g, 450g Glass jars and food grade plastic pouch, and 1kg pouch available.

Best before date within 6 months after manufacturing date.

Ingredients: Cabbage(60%), Daikon(25%), Chive, Goji berry, Onion, Dried Jujube, Garlic, Ginger, NZ sea salt, rice flour, vegetable stock (Shitaki mushroom, kelp, and water)

Delicious and crunchy

I`m really enjoying Cabbage Kimchi (no chilli) I am able to add heat if I desire.
Delicious in a sandwich or straight out of the jar :)

A delicious surprise

We regularly buy the chilli kimchi because we love it so much but had the opportunity to try the white no chilli option. It was delicious! With a lovely light (although still unmistakably kimchi) flavour. A great alternative to the chilli option.
