Shipping policy

We offer free delivery in particular central and western suburbs of Auckland, which we deliver ourselves. The suburbs involved may change over time. Please contact us if you believe you should be eligible for free delivery & your aren't. Unfortunately the Shopify address calculator isn't perfect!

This will calculate automatically if your delivery address is inside our current free delivery zone and will show up as "local delivery". We aim to deliver in between 2 and 5 business days. This longer timeframe allows us to cluster deliveries in similar areas, and allows us to keep offering free delivery. 

Other orders are sent via NZ Post, which shipping calculated depending on your location. Costs are based on NZ post rates plus a small margin to account for packaging & handling.
