This isn’t factory-made kimchi. This is family-made, tradition-kept, and soul-filled kimchi—just like my mother made in her popular restaurant back in Incheon, South Korea.

She was known locally for her exceptional kimchi—always made from scratch, always with care. Today, we proudly continue her recipe and methods, using only fresh ingredients and proper fermentation techniques to honor the true Korean flavor.
