These ingredients are based on 1 Napa cabbage (about 2kg per head). It means if you wanna make more than 1 cabbage, then simply double up the amount of orders you want to buy.
Please leave your Kimchi in room temp. for at least one day before put them into your fridge. In that way, flavor combines well with the main vegetable "Napa cabbage" and create beneficial acidic bacteria quickly.
