Special Kimchi for October.
I used to sell this Kimchi in Brisbane before coming to NZ.
It was quite popular and decided to make it here in Auckland again.
Ingredients:
Kumera
Fiji Ginger, Garlic, Pineapple
Spray free Garlic chives
Thai Chilli
Salt
Rice flour
Vegetable stock (Shitake Mushroom, Kelp and water)
